Doug Alpe from Malvern, Arkansas is a guy with a southern hospitality, a southern personality, and a huge southern heart for both his business and his family. A protégé of Kyle Winebrenner, Doug once studied to become a teacher at Henderson State University. It was in September of 2002, while Doug was managing a restaurant, that he decided to join National Agents Alliance.

What Doug likes most about working for NAA are the people associated with company, especially the office staff in Cabot, Arkansas; Danville, Virginia; and Burlington, North Carolina.

"It is very rare to see people who will help you as much as the people at NAA," Doug said. "They really do care about your success and well-being."

"NAA has given this single father all of the things and time my family needs. I did not know what to do before NAA. Before joining, my family did not have much. Now I have a new house, three cars, money in the bank, and two beautiful daughters who make everything worthwhile."

Doug credits his success to Andy Albright and Kyle Winebrenner. "All I had to do was follow the path that these men have paved for me and my agents," he explained.

Doug advises new agents to keep up their activity. "You must get appointments, and you must do it week in and week out. You will never achieve success without constant activity."

His future plans include raising his girls to the best of his ability and growing his agency so that he and his children will never have to worry about stability.

Doug has two daughters, named Avery and Ella. He enjoys spending his vacations on guided hunting trips or anywhere with his girls. He also plays golf in his spare time.

"I want to have an agency that rivals the big agencies in NAA, and I want to help new and old agents find happiness while reaching their goals."
