Bethany Ashby and Scott Farmer have redefined the meaning "fast track" with National Agents Alliance. Although born in Tennessee, Bethany was raised in Pensacola, Florida and moved to Texas in 1992.

In 1995 she met Scott. In addition to falling in love, they also became "best friends." Late night talks always went back to the same dream, Bethany said: To find a business they could run together.

Ten years later Bethany found that business - NAA. Through those 10 years, Scott was an appraiser and Bethany was a real estate investor. Their businesses ran parallel, but they were still separate. They both talked many times of wanting not only to find something they could build together, but something that had purpose and meaning…something that made a real difference in people’s lives.

Although the real estate market had been good to Bethany and Scott, by 2006 they knew it was time for a change. In September 2006 Bethany met Chris Scheitlin and Bill Lampe and NAA. Almost immediately, she knew this was it! This was what she and Scott had wanted for so long.

NAA was in business for all the right reasons and the support system was unlike anything she had ever seen. Then, she learned more about the product and the targeted clientele, and it was love at first sight! She knows middle class America, she said. Being raised by a single mom with three children, she definitely saw the importance of the protection NAA offers families.

Obtaining her license within two weeks of the first meeting she had with Chris and Bill, she was off a week later to the National Convention. This was a real turning point in her life. During that week she and Scott realized that the dream they had always shared was about to become a reality. They knew with some hard work and dedication, the quality of the NAA organization, and their passion, there was truly no limit to their success.

"From the beginning and to this day I have the attitude to be teachable and coachable and to never quit. I have no doubt my choice to carry that mindset has been the resounding core of my success," Bethany said.

After obtaining her license, Bethany hit the ground running! Her first DAY running appointments, she wrote $11,900 in annual premium. In her first three months she wrote more than $115,000 worth of annual premium, which earned her the #3 spot for the fourth quarter within the entire NAA organization. Additionally, that also earned her an all-expense-paid trip to Las Vegas for Valentine’s Day!

By February 2007 Scott and Bethany were ready to build a team. To note, the infant team did $72,000 in annual premium in its first month. It recorded $89,000 in the second month and $109,000 in the third. "I’m still amazed," Bethany said. "My team and I are now writing in one month what it took me three months to do just a short time ago."

“The Lampe/Scheitlin Team showed me the business, gave me the tools, and never faltered in their support. They have always lead by example, and that’s exactly what I intend to pass on to my team as it continues to grow.”

Bethany’s goal is to help each person on her team achieve the same success she has had with NAA.

She may talk fast, be in Dallas one minute and half way across the country the next, but there’s a reason….she’s on a mission. She has puts the fast in the fast track to success!
