Francisco Avila was born in McAllen, Texas but grew up in Reynosa, Mexico and has been in the states since 2000. Francisco attended the University of Texas Pan American where he obtained his marketing degree. Upon graduating, he worked at several call centers, including Dell Computers as a sales rep and an HR recruiter at Merkafon and Corporate Trainer at Maytag.

In May of 2005, Rudy Solis invited Francisco to National Agents Alliance. Francisco saw the success that Rudy was having and thought he should join to make some extra money part-time.

Francisco can′t pinpoint just one thing that he likes best about NAA, but the extra time he gets with his family is definitely one of them.

"You can′t get a lot of family time with a regular job. The next thing I would probably say is ′the System′. This system is good for anyone, it does not matter how big or how small your goals are, the system will help you get there. I also like the freedom it gives me. I am my own boss and my financial success is only determined by my efforts. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself."

Francisco says that NAA has so much support, especially from his upline manager to the corporate office, and everyone is always willing to help and share.

NAA has most improved his family life. "There are not many parents that get an opportunity to participate in all of their kids school activities without having to ask permission or take a day off from their 9-5 job. I now appreciate everything with a positive attitude and optimism that carries into my personal life with my wife and kids and everyday situations, just by staying plugged in."

Francisco′s triumphs come from following the easy system that can duplicate everyone′s success. He also stays positive and never quits while working hard.
"When I realized that this really does work, I started sharing the opportunity with a couple of people along with showing them my commission checks and it kept going. It wasn′t until I attended Leadership in September of 2006 when it really hit me; it was a life changing event for me. I realized that my future is what I want to make of it. I came back home and fired my boss and burned the bridge! I have been doing this fulltime since October 2006, for the first time, I do not have a back up plan, NAA is my plan! There is a sense of OWNERSHIP now that I have never felt before…for the first time I am my own boss and I control the future!"

Francisco advises new agents to be open and see the big picture, focus on your goal and go for it. Also, listen to your upline and be positive, consistent, and disciplined.

Francisco plans to continue to move forward and grow his business. "I will find and develop new leaders and help them grow. I will be running a 100,000+AP a month agency by the end of this year and I will break out my first agency manager by mid next year. All of this will be done because of the steps NAA already has in place."

Francisco and his wife, Nelly, have 3 children; Miranda, Francisco, and Aaron. They enjoy going to beach in Cancun, Mexico and Francisco loves to watch sports, particularly the Dallas Cowboys.

"My overall goal is to help others to get to 100K a month. All of this will be done by following the steps that NAA has set for us!"
