Born in San Francisco, California, Patrick Connors found himself growing up at whichever Army base his father happened to be stationed. After high school, he attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Patrick participated in the ROTC program while pursuing his degrees and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force.

Despite his education and background, Patrick found it difficult to make ends meet after leaving the military. He was falling behind on his bills and worried about supporting his wife, Suzanne, and their growing family. Then everything changed. Patrick remembers receiving an email from Alex Abuyuan, his godfather. In the email, Alex asked if Patrick "Would like to make $100,000 in six months." Patrick jumped at the chance and joined NAA in its very beginnings.

Patrick struggled a bit early on, even trying to quit twice before committing fully to the program and making his mark. "I've been so far behind on every bill, it's not funny! NAA is the only way I could have ever turned it around." And turn it around he did, building one of NAA's most successful agencies.
Patrick enjoys the freedom he has found working at National Agents Alliance. He loves "never having to stand in line anymore! I wake up when I'm rested. I eat when my belly says I'm hungry. I sleep when I'm tired. I play baseball with my kids during the day. I take my kids to the zoo. I'm the only Daddy on field trips. I'm free!" Patrick attributes his success with NAA to the leaders. He advises his new recruits to "get on EVERY conference call, go to EVERY meeting, and be coachable."

In addition to continuing to grow and expand his own business, Patrick also plans to use his successes to help others. He wants to "help LOTS of people get free by building NAA businesses".

He is also currently helping his children's school build a high school, which is a huge project! Luckily, Patrick has the time. He and Suzanne currently have seven children, ranging in age from 11 years to 4 months, and a dog, Sally, an English Mastiff. Riley, Regan, Finian, Magdalen, Mary, Niall, and Nolan still have a few years left before they will be ready to attend the new high school. In the meantime, the Connors family enjoys spending time together, whether on vacations, attending mass, or just playing ball in the backyard. The future is bright indeed for this family!
