3     Glenn Davies was raised in the small town of Sylva, NC, which is located at the base of the Appalachian Mountains.  Growing up, Glenn saw his parents work extremely hard to provide for their 4 children.  His father put in long days on a construction site while his mother worked long nights at a grocery store.  Even with two incomes, the family struggled financially.
     Growing up without money made Glenn more appreciative of “the small things” and gave him the drive to succeed.  He determined to do his best at whatever he did.  He felt unchallenged at school, and took a job as a cashier in a pharmacy after his high school graduation.  He was sent for a special certification to work as a pharmacy technician, but “counting pills” was still not what Glenn wanted to do.  Two weeks after his eighteenth birthday he packed his things and moved to Knoxville, Tennessee.  
2     At first, working in Tennessee proved to be no more successful than North Carolina. “I worked at a Children’s Hospital as an infusion technician, mixing custom IV solutions for premature babies.  I was working 55-65 hours a week for $23,000 a year.”  Glenn became increasingly frustrated with his employment situation.  Then, his brother Stephen called him and told him about an amazing opportunity:  National Agents Alliance.  “Stephen was driving nicer cars, living in a nicer home, and having tons of free time.”  Glenn was intrigued.  So at 19 years old, he got his insurance license. 
     In the beginning, it was not easy for Glenn.  According to Stephen, “It took Glenn a while because he wouldn't listen initially.  However, when he had to borrow money from his girlfriend who was working at Pizza Hut to put tires on his car to come to the 2004 National Convention in Atlanta, everything changed.  He started listening and working hard.  It was as simple as that.”
    Glenn started out part-time with NAA while still working at his other job.  He soon discovered he was making more money as a part time insurance agent than working full time at the hospital.


“I realized that working where I was, my future would be a lifetime of 4% annual raises, 45 years of hard work, and time lost to finally make $40,000 a year.”  Glenn understood t1hat his income and success were unlimited with NAA and “the speed in which to accomplish my goals was entirely up to me, not to a boss.”
     Once he committed completely to NAA, it only took 3 months for Glenn to breakout as an agency manager.  His best month's production to date was $36,786!  Glenn advises new agents hoping to mirror his success to follow the system and work the leads.  “One of the best stories I have is best told by numbers.  I hired an agent, gave him 25 leads, and he wrote nothing, zero. I took those leads plus some other old leads I had, booked 39 appointments, and wrote 25 applications for $23,000 in premium in 4 DAYS!”
4     When Glenn was 20, he married “the love of my life,” Autumn.  The couple were able to go to one of their favorite places for their honeymoon; Costa Rica.  At age 21, Glenn made his first 6 figures in a year.  By age 23, Glenn plans on making his first 7 figure income.  “NAA has provided me with the life I want.  It is more than the BMW X5 that I bought for my wife.  It’s more then the Audi A4 that I drive.  It’s more than not needing Autumn to work.  It’s more than the awesome trips and vacations.  It’s all about the freedom and time to do what I want with my life.  I can take time to do the things I love.”  Glenn and Autumn enjoy mountain biking, going out to dinner and a show, playing hockey, and doing all the things they never had the time or money to do before.  “NAA provides the vehicle to accomplish your dreams.  All you need to do is ‘drive it like you stole it’.  I am just a kid with a solid work ethic and the refusal to give up.  If I can accomplish these goals anyone can do it, thanks to the incredible opportunity NAA offers.”
