Mark Fried was born in Atlantic City, NJ and holds degrees from two Ivy League schools. He has a bachelor of science in computer engineering from Columbia University. He also received his master degree in public policy from The University of Pennsylvania. Before joining National Agents Alliance, Mark worked for trust companies and did consulting and insurance services for small businesses.
In 2006, Mark joined NAA. "In 2001 I posted a resume on Monster after I sold my HR business. Sometime in late 2005 early 2006 Mark Stough sent me an e-mail asking if I was interested in joining NAA. I reviewed the link to the web-site and signed up. We really didn′t discuss the NAA opportunity too much because the web site really explained it all."
"I have been an entrepreneur since 1991, and this is the best business opportunity I have ever been involved in," Mark said. "NAA has given me the opportunity to create a business that helps other people while providing financial rewards for me and my family. NAA also lets me share this with others! I am able to improve and enrich their lives. While doing all of this, I still have time to spend with my wife and children. I am fully involved in my children′s lives…coaching sports teams, attending school functions and just being available when they need me."
Mark attributes his success to personally committing to NAA, the support system he has from other agents, the NAA training programs, and the sales system. "The success I have experienced with NAA is only just the beginning," he said.

The ownership and management also have attributed to Mark′s success. "An organization is only as great as its leaders," Mark explained "All you need to do is spend 5 minutes with Andy Albright, Barry Clarkson or Philip Hudgins to understand the potential of our company which has only just begun to be realized."
Mark recommends that new agents plug into all meetings and conference calls. Follow the system; don′t try to reinvent the wheel, he advises. "You should also listen to your manager and believe in yourself," Mark said.
Three key things keep Mark going to grow his business. "Number one, I like what I am doing. Number two, I am helping people. And, number three, my experiences with NAA through education, meeting people and training have made me a better person. I know that the change in me will last for the rest of my life, and I appreciate this opportunity greatly."
Mark and his wife, Alexis, have two children, Steven and Carly. They also have two Havenesse, Oreo and Spyro. Mark and his family enjoy vacationing in Aruba, and they are planning a trip to Costa Rica next year. Mark enjoys tennis and golf.
"My business goals are to compete at the highest levels of NAA, and personally I want to be more involved in several charities in my community."
