Henry Molden was born in New Orleans, LA, but grew up on several different Army bases. He spent most of his childhood in Fayetteville, NC where his family was stationed at Fort Bragg. Henry graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Political Science as well as a Masters from UNC in Public Administration.
Upon graduating, Henry ventured into the insurance business and owned his own agency for 20 years, mostly selling car and homeowners policies. Henry first got involved with National Agents Alliance in November of 2003. When the financial opportunity from NAA was presented to him, Henry knew that he could not pass it up. What Henry enjoys most about working for NAA is the people and the unmatched opportunity to achieve the utmost personal growth and financial freedom.

Henry attributes his success to hard work, commitment, and passion to excel.

Henry advises new agents to be sure to follow the 8 team player steps and especially to listen to all of the conference calls, attend all meetings, and follow the recommended reading.
In the future, Henry would love to become a Master Agent and an NAA Top Leader.
Henry and his college sweetheart, Sabrina, have been married for 31 years. Sabrina has just recently quit her job as a psychologist to become an agent. They have 2 children, Jamal has been a full-time NAA agent since graduating college, and Kwame is currently in college and a part-time NAA agent.
Henry′s family loves to spend their vacation time at Las Vegas and at Walt Disney World. Henry also enjoys flower gardening in his yard and he plans to one day like to move back to the Raleigh-Durham area for more recreational and cultural opportunities to fit with his families′ preferred lifestyle.
