Rudy Solis was born and raised just outside of McAllen, Texas. Coming from “one of the ugliest neighborhoods in the area”, Rudy had to fight against the perception that people from his area were “nothing but trouble”. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches in only 3 years with a degree in business, Rudy accepted a job as a telemarketer for BellSouth where he “sold everything from voicemail to DSL”.
In February of 2004, after working briefly for another insurance company, Rudy joined NAA. By that time, he was “broke and living off of credit cards”. Rudy was skeptical about NAA, but decided to try the program. “I had no choice. I needed to make money fast.” Which is exactly what he did. “I went from living off credit cards to making a multiple six figure income in my first full year.”
Rudy found that the leadership and support system provided by NAA allowed him to flourish. He quickly “sold out to the opportunity” and found out how easy it was to help people and make money simultaneously.
“All I can say, is that if I can do it, anyone can. I am not the best closer, speaker or communicator but I have a strong work ethic and that’s all it takes.”
Rudy’s strong work ethic has taken him straight to the top. He is a consistent figure on the company’s leader boards as both a manager and personal producer. He advises new agents to build a strong relationship with their manager and follow the system. Rudy plans to help as many people as possible change their lives by growing with NAA just like he did.
The youngest of six children, Rudy values his family ties. “What I love most about NAA is that I can do nice things for my family and give back to my church and community.” Always striving to improve as both a person and a leader, Rudy has big plans for his future. “I plan to help as many people as I possibly can to change their own lives and experience what I’ve experienced. The crazy thing is that we are just starting. It’s kind of scary. Not for us but for our competitors.” You can say that again!
